Ingredients:
Urad dhal :Three table spoonful
Curds :one cup fresh
Salt to taste
Red chilly :two
Oil :one teaspoonful
Mustard for seasoning
How to make;
Roast the urad dhal in kadai till the seeds turn deep red. Remove and allow to cool.Put the roasted grains in the mixi,grind into soft powder. Beat the curds into a smooth paste,add the powdered urad dhal to the beaten curds,slowly while stirring so that there is no lumps,add salt to taste,sprinkle some curry leave if desired. Now heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seesds and the red chilles and add to the Pachadi. Delicious dongar pachadi is ready to be served.
