How to make;
Roast the urad dhal in kadai till the seeds turn deep red. Remove and allow to cool.Put the roasted grains in the mixi,grind into soft powder. Beat the curds into a smooth paste,add the powdered urad dhal to the beaten curds,slowly while stirring so that there is no lumps,add salt to taste,sprinkle some curry leave if desired. Now heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seesds and the red chilles and add to the Pachadi. Delicious dongar pachadi is ready to be served. Close

Thank you so much.Ys I am intersted in traditional dishes whether they are dishes or nacks.There are some very good,tasty,nutritious snacks that my mother used to make and we relished them.Now people hardly recognise the names of those snacks.I want to make those snacks for my grand children also.
