Raw Mango Dhal

Ingredients required:
Tuvar Dhal-cooked :One cup
Raw mango grated:One cup
Oil :One table spoon
Mustard,Urad dhal:for seasoning
Salt to taste
Asafotita powder:one pinch
Haldi powder:One teaspoon
Green chillies:Two to three
How to make:
Take one teaspoon oil in a kadai,when the oil is hot, add mustard,urad dhal to it.When the mustard seeds crackle and dhal seeds turn colour add the green chillies,cut lengthwise to it, keep stirring for a few seconds.Now add the cooked dhal to the seasoning in the kadai, mix well ,add,salt, haldi powder to the mix.Remove and store in a vessel.Mango dhal is ready to be served.Excellent dish that could be served with chappathis/rice.
